The pool is a large part of Longhill Station because it brings us together as a community. As a member of the community, it is very important that we are all aware of and help enforce water safety and pool rules.

 

 

General Rules and Regulations of Conduct, Health, and Safety of Pool Use:

  • No swimming is allowed when the lifeguard is not present or on break

  • No interference with lifeguard on duty

  • No profanity

  • With the exception of Service Animals, Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

  • No spitting, nose blowing, vomiting, defecation, etc., in the pool area

  • No running, wrestling, dunking, horseplay, inappropriate use of pool toys, etc. 

  • No diving allowed

  • No smoking inside of the pool area or within 15ft of pool fence, designated smoking area outside to the left and behind the maintenance room

  • At the lifeguard's discretion, those that are deemed to be intoxicated will be asked to leave the pool area

  • Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area

  • Bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, and skateboards are prohibited from use on the pool deck

  • Appropriate swimwear is required. Persons dressed inappropriately for a family swimming pool will be asked to leave

  • Conduct of guests is the direct responsibility of the owner and tenant

  • Owners, family members, tenants, and guests are not allowed in the pool or pool area when the pool is closed

  • The baby pool is for children five (5) years of age or younger. Parents are required to supervise their children while in the baby pool at all times

  • While the lifeguard is on break, no resident is allowed to sit on the edge of the pool with feet in the water, or sit on the stairs entering the pool.

  • These rules and regulations may be revised or amended at any time by the BOD

  • Residents are responsible for their own trash to be placed in designated bins. Trash cans are for trash and recycling bin is for recycling products only.

Violations to these rules will result in a disciplinary hearing in front of the BOD. The severity of the violations will determine the action the BOD will take.
