Longhill Station Neighborhood Architectural Review Responsibilities:

 

1. Review, evaluate, and negotiate changes or revisions to ARC standards.

 

2. Approve or reject plans for architectural changes to the lots or improvements thereto.

 

NOTE: Homeowner requests for approval that do not conform to governing documents or current ARC guidelines, which the ARC Committee / Chair is recommending be approved are to be brought to the BOD for final decision prior to formally providing an approval through the HOA Management Company to the homeowner.
